I’m performing at NW Folklife this year on Saturday, May 23rd.

I love everything about preparing for a performance—the furious scribbling in my journal, the meditative typing of said scribbles (often illegible), the tortuous task of editing a whole season of feeling down to minutes, the rehearsing, relentless, until I find the breath that makes the set ring true.

It’s been a blessing to share my art with the Seattle community these last two years and meet so many kind, open-hearted people along the way. I’m really looking forward to being on stage at Folklife—hope to see you there!
