A monthly gathering to help us remain rooted in community, grounded in our bodies, and connected to our power to serve the collective. This event is co-hosted by the incredible Jaz Rambeau who will open the session with a timely astrology reading. I’ll then guide us through a Reiki-infused meditation before we close with a spell casting ritual for collective healing and liberation.

A seasonal celebration to explore the sacred wisdom of Ayurveda and how these ancient teachings can help us reconnect with Nature's rhythms. We'll begin by discussing the subtle energetics of the season and how to work with the current to nourish mind, body, and soul. We'll then put these insights into practice with a group healing ritual including intention setting, breathwork, and Reki-infused meditation. Afterwards, we’ll enjoy a home-cooked vegetarian Persian lunch and taste how Ayurveda inspires our understanding of food as medicine.
